An algorithm was developed at the Astronomical Observatory of Leningrad University for calculating the curves of interstellar absorption, interstellar linear and circular polarization, and other observable quantities. The algorithm assumes a polydisperse ensemble of homogeneous or two-layer (core-mantle) cylindrical dust particles with partial or complete Davies-Greenstein alignment. The appropriate system of programs is described, and an example illustrating its use is presented.
