Results are presented from BVRI CCD photometric observations of C1 1358 + 6245, a distant cluster of galaxies. The spectrum of the optically dominant galaxy places the cluster at a redshift of z = 0.32. The C1 1358 + 6245 cluster is X-ray luminous, extremely rich (at least Abell Richness Class 3), contains a compact concentrated core of galaxies, and exhibits the Butcher-Oemler effect with a blue galaxy fraction between values 0.10 and 0.18. The brightest galaxy in the cluster has an absolute visual magnitude -22.89 and a rest frame color of (B-V)rf = 0.94.
