Based on 67 CCD images obtained in BVRI with the 1.54-m Danish La Silla telescope, V vs B-V, V vs V-R, V vs V-I, and V vs B-I color-magnitude diagrams of NGC 3201 were constructed. The magnitude difference between the turnoff and the horizontal branch calculated from the four diagrams is found to be 3.44 + or - 0.12, in good agreement with the mean value obtained by Peterson (1986). Matching the color-magnitude diagrams to the BVRI isochrones of Vandenberg and Bell (1985), the diagrams are shown to be best fit using an Fe/H abundance ratio of 1.27 and (m-M)v of 14.00. A cluster age of (16 + or - 3) x 10 to the 9th yr is inferred from the data.
