CCD photometry using two photometric systems have been obtained for about 4 sq-deg area toward each of the Galactic Poles (NGP near SA57 with BVRI and SGP near SA147 with uvbyHb). The catalog stars were based on the objective- prism survey reported by Corbally and Garrison (1988a,b) and Lu et al (1992). All objects toward the NGP were obatined at the NURO (National Undergraduate Research Obs., Flagstaff, AZ) and UObs (Univ. Obs at Western, Danbury, CT) with the participation of nine students. Preliminary results on NRUO data have been reported by five students. The SGP field is included in a spectrophoto- metric study of a 40 sq-deg area toward SGP and carried out at CTIO. Vertical density, magnitude and color distribution were also carried out with a 2kx2k field to a limiting magnitude of 21 among these two areas. Metallicity, color and density distribution between the two galactic poles will be discussed and presented as poster paper.
