Photoelectric observations of BV 845 made by Chambliss (1970) in the yellow and blue wavelength regions are reanalyzed with the differential light curve correction program of Wilson and Devinney. Adjustable parameters included inclination, surface potentials, and luminosity. BV 845 is found to be a marginal contact system, with a mass ratio of 0.32. A polar temperature difference of 3800 K is noted between the components. No change in periodicity has been observed for the past 70 years, indicating that the system is stable and evolved.
