Initial non zero temperature particle distribution (Maxwellian and kappa) are considered and its influence on the spectrum of the protons accelerated in the vicinity of the magnetic X-line in the course of the explosive tearing mode development in the magnetotail is investigated. The evolution of the temporal structure of the particle bursts are studied and theoretical results are compared with inverse velocity dispersion events observed by the onboard spacecraft instruments.
