The results of studying the simultaneous observations of burst regimes of long-period irregular pulsations at frequencies of 2.0-6.0 mHz (the series of ipcl bursts) in the region of the dayside polar cusp and magnetic field disturbances in the nightside auroral oval are presented. The data on the magnetic field at Mirny (MIR, Φ = 76.93°; Λ = 122.92°) and Yellowknife (YKC, Φ = 69.94°; Λ = 294.38°) antipodal observatories as well as the AE index values (
