It is shown that local cosmic bubble diameters agree with those of
distant ones if the cosmological constant is larger than zero. Models
using H(0) = 90 km/s Mpc show a homogeneous distribution of empty space
in the cosmos when the age of the universe is about 30 billion yrs. The
origin of the bubble structure is discussed.
