A BRST superspace formulation is developed for worldsheet topological
gravity. It naturally leads to an action which is a BRST commutator and,
therefore, manifestly BRST invariant. The new feature is that both local
Lorentz transformations and Weyl rescalings automatically get gauged in
this formulation.
