Broad-band X-ray spectra and the spectral variability of three Seyfert galaxies MCG-6-30-15, MCG-5-23-16, and NGC 4051 obtained with Suzaku are presented. Their spectral variability is primarily explained by a two-component model consisting of a highly variable power law with a photon index of 2.0-2.2 and a constant hard emission accompanied by an Fe K emission line. The latter is modeled by reflection from matter around a central black hole, in addition to reprocessing in more distant matter further from the black hole.
