We report that the POINT-AGAPE Survey Mira variable No. 91772 in M31,
has brightened to 1.4 mag above it's previously detected maximum about
20.1 mag in R band. We discovered an unusually bright star located at
R.A. = 0h42m44s.49, Decl. = +41o03'43".6 (equinox 2000.0), which is
0".12 west and 0".12 south of the variable.
