At the workshop, 40 astrophysicists from a variety of institutions, including Professor Slava Slysh of the Astrospace Center, Moscow, took part in a roughly balanced program of talks and open discussion. The question of 'Pulsar-Supernovca Remnant Associations: Too Many or Too Few?' was addressed on the first day, and the properties of binary pulsars, of high energy particles from Supernova Remnants (SNRs), and general questions of SNR morphology, were discussed on the second day. Abstracts from most of the programmed contributions are presented.
