We have obtained high resolution spectra of several stars in two candidate extragalactic globular clusters, NGC5024 and NGC5466, with the High-Resolution Spectrograph on the 9.2m Hobby-Eberly Telescope (HET). It is the goal of this investigation to verify the proposed extragalactic origins of these two globular clusters. Evidence of tidal disruptions associated with NGC5466 and NGC5024 led to their identification as likely remnants of recent accretion events. Determination of their chemical abundance trends will provide additional evidence which will lead us to either confirm or refute this claim. NGC5024 has been associated with a proposed additional warp to the Sagittarius stream (Martinez-Delgado et al. 2004). If this association is confirmed, we will also confirm this tidal stream extension. NGC5466 is currently associated with the longest tidal tail on record for a globular cluster in the Milky Way (Fellhauer et al. 2007) and is purported to be the remnant core of a now dispersed dwarf spheroidal galaxy. Confirmation that these clusters are presently in the process of merging with the Milky Way will contribute to the evidence in support of a Galactic history which includes recent accretions of subhalos. Such evidence may bolster the cold dark matter hierarchical clustering scenario which postulates the presence of a significant amount of substructure in the Milky Way.
