The neutron stars with fast rotation, ejectors, being companions of optical stars in the binary systems are considered in the paper. The discovery of PSR 1259-63 by Manchester et al. (1992) has confirmed the suggestion of such kind of neutron stars. An evolutionary status and astrophysical manifestations of such neutron stars are discussed. A number of radiopulsars paired with normal stars is estimated by statistical methods, as well as parameters anticipated for these binary systems. It is shown that most of them must have the value of eccentricity close to unity. The radiopulsar PSR 1259-63 and the system SS 2883 give us a unique possibility for probing plasma in the stellar wind of a normal star.
