Numerical relativity can now simulate the final inspiral and merger of arbitrarily spinning binary black holes (BBHs). We determine to what extent symmetry constrains the dependence of the mass, kick, and spin of the resulting black hole on the initial spin configuration. These final quantities can be Taylor expanded in components of the dimensionless spins about the case of initially non-spinning BBHs. Symmetry significantly reduces the number of terms in this expansion. Coefficients of the remaining terms can be calibrated with existing and future numerical simulations. This approach allows one to map the parameter space of BBH mergers more efficiently, and can potentially provide distributions of these final quantities for astrophysical applications.
