An expression for the momentum energy tensor of the gravitational field is derived within the framework of the bilocal formalism of general relativity. The concept of reference transfer is introduced, which realizes a monad method of establishing the reference system in the bilocal formalism. In this case, the energy of the gravitational field coincides with the Hamiltonian in the sense of weak equality. The momentum energy vector of the field system is represented in the form of the sum of two surface integrals, having the meaning of total energy and total momentum. An illustrative example is included.
