Consideration is given to management and study of spectroscopic information under the GEISA program, extension of the HITRAN database to nonLTE applications, intensities of CO2 bands, high temperature absorption measurements and modeling of CO2 for the 12 micron window region, spectral properties of ozone in the 5 microns region, improved spectroscopic line parameters for the ozone molecule, and rovibrational intensities, and electric dipole moment function of the X2 Pi hydroxyl radical. Attention is also given to high-resolution infrared spectroscopy of ammonia; search for infrared absorption lines of atmospheric chlorine monoxide (ClO); infrared spectroscopic parameters of C2, SF6, ClO, N2, and O2; high sensitive laser spectroscopy of highly excited molecular states; new improvements in determination of line parameters from FTS data; and direct numerical diagonalization.
