This paper studies the spatially homogeneous and anisotropic Bianchi type-I cosmological models in Barber's (1982) second self-creation theory of gravitation, when the source of the gravitational field is a perfect fluid. The field equations and the models are presented, and the physical and geometrical properties of these models, which represent radiation-dominated and Zel'dovich universes in the self-creation cosmology, are discussed. It is observed that the models are expanding, shearing, nonrotating, and nonsingular.
