Our study reveals, for the first time, the presence of bi-directional jets which are considered to be signatures of magnetic reconnection occurring along coronal hole boundaries. The SUMER observations obtained in Ne VIII 770.42 Å (6 10 K) and N IV 765.15 Å (1.3 10 K) show small regions of a few arcsec size with strong blueand red-shifted emission reaching Doppler shifts up to 150 km s which appear along the coronal hole boundaries where evolving loop systems are present.
