This image is the integrated HI brightness from the Bell Labs 21 cm line
survey, covering the sky (Dec > -40). Brightness is proportional to
HI column, with l = 359.999 at left edge, l = 0 at right edge, b = -90
at bottom and b = 90 at top. Brightness units are K km/s (approximately
1.8 x 10(18) particles per square cm).
