Sky Exposure and Trigger Efficiency are presented for the BATSE 5B burst catalog. Previously published BATSE sky exposure has been improved by an updated CGRO orbital model. Trigger efficiency is presented for the long soft class of bursts as well as for the short hard class of bursts. This demonstrates that BATSE is significantly more sensitive to hard bursts, implying that (1) short bursts are being oversampled relative to long bursts based on spectral characteristics, and (2) there is little evidence for a class of undetected hard bursts.
