Balloon observations of solar irradiance in the 200-240 nm range were performed in 1976 and 1977 for minimum and low solar activity conditions. The UV spectra were recorded for various zenith angles at a height of 41 km using a spectrometer with a spectral bandpass of 0.4 nm. Solar irradiances at 1 AU agree with previous values obtained by balloon measurements. These data are compared with other measurements and considered in relation to possible long-term variability.
