With the start of Run 2 at the Tevatron in 2001, we have entered a new phase in data taking at D0. The greatly expanded data set we expect to collect and our upgraded detector will allow us to make significant contributions to the measurement of B-hadron lifetimes and Bd and Bs mixing parameters. We present the current status of measurements related to these quantities and discuss our expectations for final sensitivities.
