As part of a search for unusual behavior among cataclysmic variables on the long-term RoboScope monitoring program, we have found AY Psc to be a dwarf nova of the Z Cam type, displaying occasional standstills as well as normal dwarf nova outbursts and eclipses. The nature of the Z Cam features are characterized and compared with the properties of other Z Cam stars. In particular, we examine whether the star is brighter during standstill than when undergoing dwarf nova eruptions, a question bearing on the nature of dwarf nova and nova-like cataclysmic variables. This work was done as a summer REU project at Indiana University.
