Oscillations of a gaseous disk which is isothermal in the vertical direction and penetrated by toroidal magnetic fields are examined. Attention is focused on the magnetogravity-mode in the vertical direction where the gravitational field produced by a central object is nonuniform. Then, the eigenfunctions and eigenfrequencies are obtained. Without the effect of rotation, magnetogravity waves propagate in the upper atmosphere of a disk (or the geometrically thick torus) where the gravitational acceleration in the vertical direction is maximum. Furthermore, if oscillations take place isothermally and the toroidal magnetic field is sufficiently weak, the frequencies of the oscillations become small in comparison with the dynamical frequency. On the other hand, in the case where the effect of rotation is considered, the propagation region of the magnetogravity wave is localized in the vicinity of the disk equator. In such a case, low-frequency oscillations are realized when the radial wave number is sufficiently large. These low-frequency magnetogravity oscillations of gaseous magnetized disks may be responsible for some types of quasi-periodic oscillations found in low-mass X-ray binaries.
