Astronomical data mainly include catalogues, images, spectra and literatures, etc. The catalogues are data tables containing astronomical information and are often used. At present, astronomical data are distributed and saved in various global data centers. The largest astronomical data center in China is the Beijing Astronomical Data Center. The important part of astronomical databases is the database of astronomical catalogues. In this paper, the significance of constructing the catalogue databases is reviewed, the realization of the automated tool to put catalogues into the database is mainly probed, and data integration and data mining based on the database are also described.
