An automated system, called Solar LImb Prominence CAtcher and Tracker (SLIPCAT), is developed to recognize prominences and track their evolutions. It is a base of further case or statistical study on prominences and relevant phenomena. In this poster, we introduce how the prominence is automatically detected, which parameters are retrieved, and how good the performance of the system is.
