A method developed for counting line doublets in QSO spectra, autocorrelation function (ACF) analysis, has been used to single out absorption-line redshifts in quasar spectra without a reference system. The method was applied to spectroscopic data for four objects having absorption-line redshifts of less than two. These objects include: Q1226 + 105; 4C 24.61; Q0824 + 110; and Q0453 - 423. The predicted correlation peaks for lines having similar characteristics are given in a table.
