The technique and results of measurements of the spectra of radio sources emitting in the water vapor line (1.35 cm) by the method of autocorrelation analysis of tape - recorded signals are considered. The processing of information has been carried out on a computer. In the processing program drawn up in the Assembler language, procedures are used which reduce considerably the calculation time. The spectra of the sources W49, Ori A, W51, W3 OH, W3 C, RX Boo, and NGC 7538 S have been obtained with 18-kHz resolution in the 3.6-MHz band.
