We propose to complete the 20 GHz survey by scanning the declination range -15 < dec < 0. These will be the last observations using the wideband (8GHz) analogue correlator. This campaign will complete observations for all the southern sky (20500 sq. deg.). Major aims of the survey are: (a) characterizing the high-frequency source population; (b) improving radio source evolution models; (c) quantifying the discrete source contribution to the CMB anisotropies; (d) providing a complete list of high-frequency calibrators. In the coming term we also request time to clean-up about 400 sources from the full survey which still have bad or missing fluxes at 20 and 4.8/8.6 GHz. The final survey will detect about 8000 sources down to S(20GHz)=40 mJy, being complete down to 60 mJy.
