We report the measurement of 76 branching fractions and atomic transition probabilities in Ni I. Fourier transform spectra from the archives of the National Solar Observatory are used to determine the branching fractions. An absolute scale is established using recently reported radiative lifetimes from time-resolved laser-induced fluorescence measurements. These 76 lines are connected to high-lying, even-parity levels. Most of our transition probabilities are accurate to better than +/-10%.
