We have compiled spectral tables for the four cosmically abundant elements Ne Mg Si and S in the wavelength region of interest for the LETG spectrograph of the Chandra X-ray Observatory which is roughly from 20 Å to 170 Å. Wavelengths energy levels spectral classifications and transition probabilities have been tabulated1. We have focused on these elements because rather few data had been compiled for their highly charged ions up to now. The compiled wavelengths and energy levels are all from experimental sources while the transition probabilities originate mainly from recent calculations which have been carried out with advanced multi-configuration computer codes with relativistic Breit-Pauli terms included. All in all data for about 3500 spectral lines of 24 ions have been tabulated with uncertainty estimates for the atomic transition probabilities.
