Line Shapes, Widths, And Shifts, Atomic And Molecular Data, Spectra, And Spectral Parameters, Oscillator Strengths, Lifetimes, Transition Moments

Energy levels, electric dipole transition probabilities and oscillator strengths are calculated for Si VI with the general purpose atomic-structure program SUPERSTRUCTURE. We have also introduced a semi-empirical correction (TEC) for the calculation of the energy levels. These atomic data are used to provide semiclassical electron- and proton-impact line widths and shifts for five Si VI muliplet.
