Some features of an ADC to be inserted into the converging beam of the spectroscopic focus of Telescopio Nazionale Galileo are discussed. An ADC based on a Risley prism placed just after the Rotator Adaptor is proposed, after a comparison with ADCs is based on a set of Direct Vision prisms. Results obtained with different materials are presented. Some implications of differential refraction are discussed.
