We propose a continuation of the Australia Telescope 20 GHz (AT20G) survey in the declination range -30 < Dec < -15 in order to characterise (a)the high-frequency source population; (b) improve radio source spectral evolution models; (c) quantify the discrete source contribution to the CMB anisotropy; (d) provide a complete list of high-frequency calibrators. The survey makes use of a wideband (8 GHz) analogue correlator. In the coming term we ask for survey time and time to confirm a list of 1300 extra candidates from the 2005 campaign. This will complete survey observations for 75% of the southern sky. The final survey is expected to cover all the southern sky and detect about 10000 sources, being 100% complete down to S(20GHz) = 60 mJy.
