The asymptotic properties of a turbulent disk dynamo at large dimensionless numbers Ralpha and Romega characterizing the helicity and the differential rotation are analyzed. Three types of generations in the dependence of the relations between Ralpha and Romega are found. For each of the types, the rates of growth are obtained and the forms of solution are pointed out. Boundaries of the disk dynamo approximations are presented.
