The structure of gravitational fields in the solar system is investigated in the framework of general relativity, and relativistic formulas of transformation between nonrotating (in the dynamical sense) harmonic reference systems (i.e., barycentric, planetocentric, and topocentric or satellite) are derived using the asymptotic matching of metric-tensor components. These formulas generalize the linear Poincare transformation to the case of curved space-time. Using the formulas, the relationship between relativistic time scales in the solar system is established.
