Solutions of equations describing the motion of a spacecraft with small asymmetry are derived by means of the averaging method. Equations of spacecraft motion relative to the centre of mass are obtained in complex form. Under sufficiently common suggestions about the aerodynamical characteristics of the spacecraft all types of resonances which are possible in this equation system for an "improved" first approximation of the averaging method are found and causes of their appearance are established. It is shown that only several resonances are possible for spacecraft landing in an atmosphere. Formulae for determination of resonant angular speed of the spacecraft are derived.
