The objectives of this project are to conduct studies of: the galactic ray propagation in the heliosphere during the 22 year solar magnetic cycle; cosmic ray fluxes at high levels of solar modulation; anomalous component of cosmic ray hydrogen in the heliosphere; and three-dimensional studies of the heliosphere using cosmic ray rates from IMP-8 and Ulysses through 1995.
