The proper motions of 98 stars in the region of the NGC 2324 open cluster, determined by Aiad (1986), are used to investigate the astrometry of the cluster, and new membership probabilities are derived. The observed density distribution of the NGC 2324 cluster is smooth distribution; the luminosity function increases for V less than 15 and decreases for V greater than 15.
