We have a large, 108 orbit, HST program in Cycles 14 and 15 to estimate the astrometric elements (perturbation orbit, semi-major axis, and inclination) of the extra-solar planets orbiting six stars. These companions were originally detected through radial velocity measurements. We have demonstrated that the Fine Guidance Sensors on the HST can obtain astrometry of the reflex motion of the parent star that, when combined with the radial velocity data, yields useful inclination information allowing us to derive companion masses. To obtain useful reflex data, however, requires that we obtain accurate parallaxes of the exoplanet host stars. This requires optical spectroscopy and photometry of the reference frame stars to measure spectroscopic parallaxes. We request two nights with the R-C Spectrograph on the CTIO 4 m to obtain spectroscopy of the reference frame stars for three of the six program objects. We also request SMARTS 1.3 m time to obtain UBVRI photometry of the HD47536 field.
