Wide field X-ray Monitor (WXM) of HETE-2 is designed to localized the GRBs which occurred in its wide field of view (60° × 60°) with 10' accuracy. In order to maintain such a good accuracy, we have been monitoring the positional response of proportional counter and correcting the change at regular intervals. We also have determined the difference of the alignments between WXM and the optical camera system, which is crucially important for determining the coordinate of the GRBs. The localization accuracy is estimated to be ~ 3' for 1 Crab burst with 20 sec duration including the systematic error of 2.2'.
