During the total solar eclipse of February 16, 1980, observable from
India, besides many kinds of research programs, the sequence of eclipse
phases was taken photographically for astrometric purposes. All relevant
parameters of this eclipse are derived, including ΔT,
Tmax, ΔRS etc.
