A method of TV photometry and colorimetry of asteroids based on the principles of fundamental and differential stellar photometry has been developed and tested. The accuracy of the digital photometry with a 0.5-m telescope in the B, V, and R spectral bands is 0.02 m for bright objects up to 13 m and 0.05 for 16-m objects, with an exposure time of 100 s. In the case of simultaneous BVR observations, the limiting magnitude is about 2 m lower. Data on the asteroids 1727 Mette, 87 Sylvia, and 423 Diotima are presented.
