There is a distinct lack of knowledge about pulsars outside of the scientific community. To remedy this undergraduates in the Arecibo Remote Command Center (ARCC) at the University of Texas at Brownsville and high school students in the 21st Century Astronomy Ambassadors summer program hosted by ARCC, in collaboration with Google, have developed a new Pulsar Astronomy outreach tool. This new tool is the ARCC Pulsar Plug-in for Google Sky, Google's astronomy software. Here we describe the process involved in the creation of this plug-in and present the result as we introduce it to the community.
