Having established the existence of star catalog biases in astrometric asteroid observations, and having validated a technique for their removal, we note that the magnitude of these biases are of the same order of magnitude as perturbations from asteroid/asteroid encounters, or from Yarkovsky accelerations. We will therefore illustrate the impact of debiasing observations for such high-precision applications.
