Thirty-five plates of the Paris zone and 10 plates of the Bordeaux zone of the Carte du Ciel were reduced within the framework of the construction of the wide-angle astronomical standard around the Praesepe open cluster. The PPM catalog is used as a reference frame. The reduction procedure is described and the results are analyzed. The internal error of the catalog star positions is 0.17 arcsec in both coordinates. The catalog obtained is compared with the Fresneau CdC catalog.
