Initial relationships for the coupling of electromagnetic-signal parameters in reference systems specified for spacecraft trajectory measurements are obtained. The main interpretive expressions for determining navigation functions are obtained which take into account relativistic transformations of signals in near-earth space with an accuracy sufficient for practical applications. It is shown that the use of the relationships obtained to determine navigation parameters on the basis of direct and sum-difference frequency-phase measurements makes it possible to preserve the instrumental accuracy of direct measurements.
