A new method of astropolarimetry based on the application of polarization-holographic diffraction gratings in offered. The method allows to determine the distribution of the state and degree of polarization simultaneously in all points of an extended astronomical object in real time. As an illustration an investigation of the distribution of the direction of polarization ellipse rotation in the solar corona obtained during the total solar eclipse on March 29,2006 in Georgia is given.
