Scientific paper

Artificial Neural Network (ANN) method is applied for the analysis of
raw data from the gamma ray CELESTE experiment. Our preliminary results
show that, in the energy range 30-300 GeV, a good discrimination between
showers generated by primary photons or hadrons could be obtained.
